Before I talk about what support means I think it is important to share who the ideal candidate is for us at EWS. We are looking for people with a Growth Mindset, someone that wants to build their own brand and take it to the highest level. We also recognize that not everyone wants to be a team lead. In some instances we work with our partners to identify a role player they need for their team and we fill the gap.
Without the right people the agency will not grow! We have 2 top level business development coordinators on our staff. These 2 individuals are responsible for working with our team leads to fill any roles that are open on their teams. In addition, they are also actively looking to bring new team leads into the organization. From either angle the burden of finding people to build your team is shifted from the team lead to the agency level. At the end of the day it is the team lead who will make the final decision but our team will do the heavy lifting up front.
We have a team that is dedicated to providing the best experience in the industry to our partners. We provide support for many things such as Brand and Logo creation including website and marketing support. Brand expansion through marketing efforts. We support these efforts financially and have developed some very strong relationships.
For the teams that feel they need some support with practice management, we offer a range of support including but not limited to: sales skills, referral process, ideal weeks, 12 week planning, target market creation and expansion and many other areas. We take the time to help our partner’s assess where they need help and we deliver on improving the flow of their business.
Advanced Sales & Financial Planning
We have an internal sales desk that works with our partners on a multitude of planning designs. We have financial planning software to help facilitate that area of a partners business as well. Our team is available for JT work with no split arrangement needed. We also work with individuals to help obtain industry credentials and licensing.
At the end of the day it is all about communication. I believe that every problem should be solved or on the way to a solution within 24 hrs. That is the commitment that we make to all of our partners.
