EWS provides our Partnership Collective resources and focused support in bringing in proven advisors and experienced professionals to join your private label. This new partner, junior advisor or operations support specialist can fulfill a multitude of different roles to support and grow your practice, but let’s be clear- their role will be defined by YOU, not by us.

Our Process:
Step 1.
We meet with the Private Label Partner and we create a profile of who the “Ideal Team Member” would be. We go through a lengthy questionnaire and help create an outline of what their roles and responsibilities would be composed of.
Step 2.
We take this profile of an ideal teammate and run a full market review to identify ideal candidates that could fit that mold through a variety of different channels.
Step 3.
From there, we get creative. We design an approach to connecting with those ideal candidates, and once screened and vetted by our team, we make a direct introduction to you and your private label so you’re not wasting time with introductory interviews to make sure they’re the real deal.
Step 4.
Once you and the candidate determine they are the right fit for your private label and they agree to come on board, we handle everything to transition them over smoothly with a white glove and personalized approach. Through this process, our entire team at EWS gets involved, teaching them the basics of our tech platforms and general business processes, all the way to digging deeper into training them specific to YOUR process and YOUR protocol in serving your clients.
Step 5.
From there, our work for you doesn’t stop. At your discretion, we provide ongoing monitoring, coaching, training and mentorship to ensure they are fulfilling their duties for you and your Private Label. We want to take the heavy lift of the day to day basic coaching and KPI management off your plate. Let’s be real, every team lead and partner of our firm has their own unique way of how they want to run and build their business. Our priority is supporting you and your team members in how YOU want it to be done.
