It’s one thing to recruit someone to your team, but it’s another task to bring in a partner. Through a multi-faceted approach, WE do the leg work to find the right candidates that may be a good match for your model, but at the end of the day, YOU decide whether they are the right fit. After all, this is your business, not ours, so it’s not our place to determine who you should be working with.
We follow a step by step process to find the right person for your team, and that process starts with you at the center.
1. Our Team Leads complete an “ideal Team Member” survey.
2. We take this data and generate a multi-channel approach to identify and target these ideal candidates.
3. From there, our team connects, interviews and vets out the potential teammates to save you time and energy by avoiding the screening process. When we agree they could be a good match, at that time, we make an intro after legitimizing their sincerity and interest.
4. Once your ideal team member and your team agree they are ready to come on board, we work with you and get as involved or removed from the process as your prefer.
5. From there, (At your discretion) OUR team at EWS can provide ongoing support to get them up to speed to be an asset to YOUR private label.
